- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
- You confirm that you own or have rights to the content you submit.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines or is inappropriate.

Our app may request access to your location to provide nearby recommendations. You can control this in your device settings. We respect your privacy and only use location data to improve your experience.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software related to where2go are the property of where2go or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful manner.
